Welcome to SaloCircle (“we”, “us”, “our”, “SaloCircle”), operated by SALOCIRCLE. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website salocircle.com, its mobile-optimized pages, services, tools, features, job and training listings, and any other offerings provided through the platform (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform. Salo Circle 

1. Definitions 

In these Terms:

  • “User”, “You” means any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform. 
  • “Content” means any text, images, videos, graphics, data, information, or other materials posted, transmitted, downloaded or otherwise made available through the Platform. 
  • “Account” means a registered user account on the Platform. 
  • “Services” means all products, job listings, training course information, career tools, resources, and other functionality provided via the Platform. Salo Circle

By accessing, browsing, registering with, or using the Platform, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms as they may be modified from time to time.

3. Eligibility 

You must be at least 18 years old or have appropriate legal authority to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet the age and legal requirements in your jurisdiction. 

4. Account Registration and Security 

  • To access certain features, you may be required to register and create an Account with accurate information.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of your Account.

  • The Platform, including all Content, features, design, and software, is owned by SaloCircle and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform or its Content without prior written consent. 
  • You retain ownership of any Content you submit, but you grant SaloCircle a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, transmit, and distribute it in connection with providing the Platform services. 

7. User Content 

  • You are solely responsible for any Content you post, upload, or otherwise make available through the Platform. 
  • You agree not to post Content that is unlawful, defamatory, harmful, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. 
  • SaloCircle reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any Content that violates these Terms or may harm the Platform or other users. 

8. Services, Fees, Payments and Refunds

  • SaloCircle may offer free and/or paid services (e.g., job application tools, premium listings, training course access). 
  • Any fees will be communicated clearly before purchase and governed by the applicable payment terms. 
  • Refunds, if available, will be processed according to our refund and cancellation policy, which will be accessible on the Platform when relevant. 

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. SaloCircle does not control and is not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of these external sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk, and you should review their terms and privacy policies before use. 

10. Disclaimers 

  • The Platform and all Content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 
  • SaloCircle does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation of the Platform.
  • We disclaim all warranties, including those of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. 

11. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SaloCircle and its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services.
